Euromec Contracts Limited supply and service a wide range of Industrial and Municipal Cleaning Machines as well as a comprehensive range of Groundcare Equipment from world class manufacturers Iseki, Honda and Stiga.
We have an opportunity for a Workshop Controller
- Taking incoming customer calls and bookings
- Liaising with the Service team to ensure effective and efficient running of the workshop, prioritising workload to meet customer needs and ensuring a steady flow throughout. You will liaise with the Aftersales Manager and the Parts department.
- Allocating and issuing the daily work schedules to a team of external engineers working throughout the UK and ensuring all sites are aware of visits.
- Liaising with Service team managing collection and delivery of service machines to and from the workshop with customers and our driver.
- Providing timely, accurate customer estimates for the repair and service to their machines
- Ensure customer service schedules and requirements are met and subsequently processed through the computer system.
- Liaising with the parts department regarding stock availability for repairs.
- You will also use our PROTEAN DMS system to manage customer bookings with the inbuilt
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be a great communicator. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
The package comprises of a salary of £30k, Monday to Friday only 8.30am to 17.00pm. No weekends.
